He obtained his doctoral degree from the prestigious University of San Francisco in California, his BSEE and Master of Arts degrees from the distinguished Philippine Normal University in Manila, graduate and post graduate studies from the renowned University of Southern California and the notable California State University at Los Angeles in California, respectively.
